Building Edge Magazine™ was the first launch for Advantage Publishing. Building Edge is for and about the successful people in the local residential construction industry. It features North Central Florida builders and is direct mailed to contractors, interior designers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, specialty contractors, suppliers and financial partners. Editorial includes: Supplier Spotlights, Market Demographics, Local, State and National News, along with Perspectives written by local professionals in the following fields: Legal, Financial, Governmental, Educational, Engineering, Architecture and Marketing.

Commercial Building Edge Magazine™ is similar in concept to Building Edge, but is geared towards the commercial, industrial and municipal sectors of construction. Readership includes: general contractors, design/building firms, developers, suppliers, subcontractors, architects, engineers and partners in the industry. It provides information on the newest trends, techniques, and products in the commercial, industrial and municipal industries.

Building Industry E-News Briefs were launched in 2005. It started as a monthly electronic newsletter to compliment the print version of Building Edge Magazine. Quickly, the E-News Brief evolved into a synopsis of events and information happening on a local, statewide and national level in the construction industry. Today, the Building Edge E-News Brief is a weekly newsletter that reaches over 6,000 people.
